Sample 3 – Maintenance Update

A short update on maintenance activity expected over the coming weeks. Dates and contractors are illustrative.

Scheduled works

Window cleaning: Communal windows will be cleaned during the week beginning 1 June. No access to individual flats is required.

Lift inspection: The annual lift inspection is scheduled for 8 June. The lifts will be out of service between 09:00 and 13:00.

Garden refresh: Bedding plants in the courtyard areas will be replaced in mid-June, weather permitting.
