A summary of the kind of feedback that residents might submit over the course of a quarter. All items below are illustrative.

Themes raised

• Several residents asked about cycle storage in the central courtyard.
• A number of questions came in about the contract for window cleaning.
• Multiple owners suggested a summer community event.
• Some residents raised the lighting in the rear footpath as a concern.
• A handful of comments related to bin store cleanliness and signage.

Board response

The Board has logged each item and will provide a written update on progress at the next AGM. Where issues fall within RMG’s day-to-day remit, they have been passed across with a request for action.
